of England registered

a claim against the Bank for £15001:0:6
of acceptances due 22
July and
26 September to the credit of its Hong Kong Branch in your favor. On the 20th September, I paid on your behalf
to the Bank of England
the first dividend of £... (less rebate) amounting to £3749:8:0, and on its afterwards
having recovered the full amount of the said Bills, the Bank of England refunded
to me

the 13 October the above
mentioned dividend and gave up to me the two acceptances.
